On Page 101, easy-going was hyphenated between two lines for spacing. On Page 30, easy-going occurred in the middle of a sentence, and was hyphenated. We retained the hyphen.

Pack-horse (Page 106) and pack-horses (Page 116) were spelled with a hyphen in Chapter 5, but packhorse (Page 157) and pack-horses (Page 159) of Chapter 7 omitted the hyphen. We did not make any adjustments to the spelling of these words.
