One of the plates was labeled with script letter I, to differentiate it from Roman numeral I. I changed script letter I to upper case letter J.

Removed italics from "Roze" on page 9 of part 5, twice: "Subgenus Amanitopsis Roze", "Amanitopsis vaginata Roze."

The footnote on page 12 of part 5 had no anchor in the text. I attached it where I thought it made the most sense.

Plate XVI is omitted from the index to illustrations; since I wasn't sure how the author would have wanted to describe it, I left it out.

For the Latin-1 version, I replaced the oe-ligature with the two separate characters: "oe."

For the ASCII version the following changes were made: the ae-ligature replaced by separate characters, "ae;" the AE-ligature was replaced by "Ae" or "AE," depending on whether it was title case or all capitals; the degree symbol was simply removed; accented vowels had their accents removed (except u with umlaut became "ue"); the British pound sign became "L."

Mixed fractions are represented as follows: two and one half is "2-1/2."
