Section 1. It Shall Be Unlawful to Use in Hunting or Shooting Birds

or animals of any kind, any automatic or repeating shot gun or pump gun, or any shot-gun holding more than two cartridges at one time, or that may be fired more than twice without removal from the shoulder for reloading.
