Section 2 of Special Departmental Rule No. 1 Is Hereby Amended by Adding

to the places excepted from examination in the Bureau of Engraving and Printing the following: "plate cleaners, transferrers, hardeners, provers, pressmen, machinists, plumbers, carpenters, and blacksmiths."
